J23 punch press is a suitable open type crank press featuring a left and right open type machine body (i.e. C-shaped machine body). Its steel plate welded body has high shock-absorbing performance. Its novel overall design gives the machine elegant appearance. Its throat has certain depth. The compact structure makes the use convenient and operation safe. The punch press is equipped with a turn-key rigid clutch, a cam band brake and a press-down type safety device. Its working table is open on three sides, so the mold loading and unloading and operation are convenient. JH21 Series C-Type High Precision Power Press

■ JH21 series high precision press is one of the new generations of plate process developed by Anhui Lai Fu NC Machine Co., ltd. The power press is used for cutting, punching, blanking, bending and light stretching work.
■ With C-type steel-welded frame, high rigidity and less deformation compact, wide body frame of the power press eliminates vibration for improved die life.
■ Rigid construction of theC type power pressguarantees exact die mating. Six-side long rectangle guides of the slide with high moving precision and high accuracy, extending the service life of the die.
■ Highly advanced, rigidly supported gears operating in oil bath without any noise save space and reduce shaft deflection, thus increase gear life.

1.Transmission control and brake systems of this high precision press:

■ The high precision press adopts the low inertia combined dry pneumatic friction clutch and brake from OMPI, Italy, which has smoother press performance as well as easier maintenance to ensure reliable safety and flexible action. Besides, it produces low noise and has a long service life.
■ Driving gear of the C-type power press is installed into the frame and gear is immersed in oil reservoir. Customers could choose electromagnetic governor, which is stepless speed regulation within a certain range and enlarge the area of CRAF.
■ The power press adopts hexahedral rectangle lengthen gib, which has high guiding precision and steady precision.
■ PLC from Omron electrical control system allows various auto-equipment reprogrammed according to different requirements and perform various functions to ensure high reliability and high adaptability.
■ The C type power press uses dual valve from TACO, Japan, which can guarantee the safety and reliability of clutch.
■The high precision pressis with both hands button and foot switch control: anti-tie down, non-repeat controls with ring guards, which all conform to the standards of OSHA.
■Auto grease lubrication system makes stroke adjustment mechanism easy, thus increases press versatility tremendously.
■ Pneumatic dual balance cylinder balances the slide block and punches weight to reduce noise and impact;
■ The power press adopts cam controller which is combined with proximity switch (Schneider) which will realize the synchronous detection and monitoring reliably.

2. Ram adjustment and structure of the C type power press:

■The RAM is a whole cast form construction which adopts imported hydraulic overload protector from Showa, Japan with agile and reliable action. After overload, it can reset automatically to reduce the down time and improve the availability of the power press.

3. Electrical system and the safety interlock:

■ Electrical components are imported or from Sino-foreign joint venture, in accordance with international standards: reliable safety, long life, good anti-interference ability. The radiation unit is fitted in electrical cabinet.
